MEET THE ARTIST

Gardens full of flowers, veggies, and plants full of color have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. My summers were spent with my grandparents, who were avid gardeners and among the most amazing people I’ve ever known. I don’t have a memory of them that isn’t full of color, life, and joy.

Rebel Dove was born to honor them. To create art through the beauty of real flowers and natural elements. We celebrate new life, new and lasting love, remember those we’ve lost, and even bring life to an idea that only lives in our imaginations.

CAN I SHIP YOU MY FLOWERS?

Yes! The process is fairly simple and Robyn can walk you through it. Your preservation will be shipped back when it's complete.

But, if you happen to be within an hour of Abilene, Texas, shipping is optional.

DO YOU MAKE ALL THE ARTWORK YOURSELF?

Yes! I absolutely love making all my art pieces. As an added joy, on occasion my lovely daughter-in-law, my mom, or my daughter will join me for an afternoon of creating to see what beautiful designs come through.

DO YOU GROW YOUR OWN FLOWERS?

As often as possible, yes! Spring and summer are my busiest harvesting seasons, and I gather from anywhere I can, including my own fields. In off seasons, I do purchase both pressed and live flowers from local florists to continue my work.

CAN YOU MAKE KEEPSAKES OF PRESERVE OTHER ITEMS?

Yes, I also love to work on these projects. Whether it's an anniversary celebration, to commemorate the birth of a child, or to preserve a special memento from a loved one, we can talk about how to create a wonderful timeless piece.
